Is there a solution to account spamming on Nostr?

I have muted 5 of nostr:npub18xxwqmyz3z0g9rxfjlmvse0d39834zgl9238ztm0e89yc47pcm3qraal87 accounts and they seem to be created faster than I am muting them.
