Run a local blossom server on port 24242 that proxies requests with BUD-10 server and author hints. it also works well as simple object storage since the /upload endpoint only accepts uploads from localhost

I also welcome prs, I do like Vitor and don't get much in the way people code and after the pr I fix/refactor things
Don't know if it's better for blossom be a separated app or not
Id like it to be its own app. easier to mange the storage and then the settings could be simpler. basically just a upper limit on the total size of blobs you want to cache
