You have Monaco. A tiny country that is mostly made up of very few people who have a net worth of millions in fiat. If a private community for the ultra wealthy was a country. It would be Monaco.

Then you have France. A large country ran by an asshole pretending to be a dictator. Over run by illegal immigrants who don't pay taxes, but instead siphon off the resources of the native French people without their consent. A country which has a total mismanagement of tax funds and a complete disregard for ethical treatment of its population.

In conclusion. This is a fair comparison. This is why you see such a difference in the roads between two countries on the same street.
