Yes. Granny was a gem. Taught in a one room school in the 30s & 40s. She lived in the same farm yard as me, and took me under her wing. Made me her student from a young age. I could read before I started school.

I remember my teachers being shocked because I was reading Stephen King in grade 5ish 😂 They called home, and my father informed them he gave me the book to read 😆
