If it’s a fork with lots of uncertainty and chaos and re-orgs etc. almost certainly yes.

But if it would happen as I described (on a reasonably long timeline with futures markets etc.) I think it would probably be fine.

(Also keep in mind that number went up in the wake of previous forks.)
