The split between posts and posts and replies is confusing to me and an artifact of Twitter. Just show me all (posts and replies). On timeline and profile.

Agree! Lately, I have only been using post & reply due to the fact that I want see other conversations that the people I follow participate in (not sure of that made any sense 😅)
