Most people around me go to a psychologist or psychiatrist and take antidepressants or anxiolytics.
I don't, in my case I just use #Nostr and throw up everything I think.

That can definitely be therapeutic. Much easier but not as therapeutic as if you were to also expose your identity perhaps. Then it will be a notch up deeper into speaking your truth. đ¤ˇđģââī¸
Anyhow, I do love presencing and holding healing space for folks but would never recommend those drugs.
