In the quest for business success, why are we studying billionaires?

They literally have nothing we want.

They obtained extreme wealth by means we are both unwilling to use, and unable to access.

Not to mention, almost all of them had a pretty good head start from their parents

Because some people imagine they are interested in building things that matter. Studying anyone for anything is a LARP regardless.

I read a book about entrepreneurs who make what I consider to be modest incomes. The book was examples and details of 50 people who made a business with small startup capital and grew it to 50k+ a year. It’s called the 100 dollar startup. It wasn’t anything revolutionary but I definitely got some takeaways from it.

I remember reading that! I love books in that genre.

That book hurts so good. I can’t read it often.

There is no way in this world to cumulate a billion of anything unless you are really really greedy of that thing 😉
