I guess the best way to put it is I'm a bit of a self hosting nut. I run a full node, a LN node, and serval apps all connected back to my node. I don't have "zaps" working yet because of some stupid connection error I was having with my LN node and I haven't bothered to fix it.
I could use a custodian but I won't, thus I'm in “full turbo” self sovereign mode when it comes to using Bitcoin.
I still got a lot of reading to do lol. I want to be as self sovereign as possible. Just stacking sats at the moment, but the more im on amethyst, the more i feel like im behind. But im just your regular, not too tech-savvy dude, just trying to figure it out. I dunno nothing about running a node or anything like that, but i want to lol!
I am working on a "full node basics" post. gonna try and have it done this week but if you have any questions my DMs are always open. super down to help where I can tech wise.
