how are they using it? i mean the mechanics, they receive bitcoin and then convert to Shekels? how? or are vendors accepting bitcoin?
From what I've seen on his twitter, there is money handlers swapping for cash and I think some merchants may accept payment in Bitcoin. So yeah, there is ways to use Bitcoin.
