folks have got to come to a concensus on when it's okay to kill goons and how you're gonna escape / support the neighbors

best case scenario is kill / wound the initial aggressors, then set up ambush for reenforcements

problem is most folks will have no idea how to scale up from there and will not have munitions needed to effectively down aircraft

a hospital will need to be established

this should be underground with multiple entries and exits

a standing hospital will need to be raided for staff and supplies

note that the higher the rank of the medical personelle the more liberal / likely to be a traitor they are
