yeah the whole world wants to know this.

I worked in a crypto bank - i can tell you we wouldn't touch Americans or even people with American spouses with a barge-pole.

They are a nightmare country to deal with and frankly this attitude of overbearing financial scrutiny HAS to be bad for the country as a whole...

Custodians are getting more heat. WoS would probably need a license to operate as the money transmitter they are.

if so, then it's not a commodity and should be treated in the US as currency
