Hmm can you read something out of this? I did set it up and paid the fee to open channel some months ago then I have ranged from 100k-ish sats to 6k sats now. So I should move some of the current balance on chain?

Nope. Just go to Settings > Lightning Address and your wallet will automatically generate more payment secrets for you to receive to your Lightning address
