So I took apart my wife's laptop to try and fix the keyboard. After one time cleaning it with a damp cloth, I broke it and since then, there are 5 keys that don't work. I was hopefully I could take it apart and figure something out. I don't understand how these keys work. There is a tint rubber bubble type membrane that makes the click bit how does that make a switch? I am afraid to cut into the back since I am guessing there are circuit traces in there.

#asknostr Any ideas or info on hiw these work would be awesome. Thanks.
