Where is the guidelines to what constitutes as spam?
I’d like to believe it’s valuable information shared, but spam doesn’t really fit, does it?
Not as much as treason and hate.

I think that's the key here. We're going to have control over what we feel is spam, maybe a way to turn up or down the aggressiveness of the filter? What I feel is spam and what you feel is spam is just another example of why these types of tools matter.
Certainly, having the means to maintain order is a paramount to keep chaos from breaking out, while those margins of massacres, wars and plagues are not a price worth the end when we lose sight of the ends and cave into sin and corruption lured by temptation and fear, as spam has become the new airport security excuse.
