For no sugar, you can try yakon syrup, it's a form of sugar, derived from a vegetable, totally natural, but isn't broken down by the body
For healthier sugar alternatives, panela is pretty good

I donβt think I do, actually! In most of them the yeast eat some amount of sugar to boost their rise.
