That is what optics means. You may have good points, but if you present them in a way that is not optically good, then you're not getting far. Some people are just great communicators with good optics awareness, and others arent.. this guy is not one of them.

I don't know. I would have thought it's a matter of intelligence, but this guy strikes me as intelligent, so maybe it's not related to intelligence. I got the feeling that this guys is very butthurt and self-centered from being censored in the past. So perhaps being self-centered limits your awareness of how others perceive you. I'm gonna bet on that for now.
