I can feel the shift in frequencies & have chosen my path.

It is the right path for me & is filled with challenges, pain as well as loads of excitement.

I see 2 broad choices to make. The first is highlighted in your image. Do you chose to raise your frequency, resolve trauma & integrate the self?

The second is around responsibility & trust. Are you waiting to be saved, placing trust in the external? Or are you taking responsibility & elevating your own inner power?

This second choice is wrapped in a paradox & so took me a long while to see. We are not seperate & yet we find ourselves in this illusion together. I feel we need to find our greater self while not yielding our individual sovereignty. We find this within & not by turning to or submitting to the external. When I read your words I see the you, that is me. When I speak, I am speaking to myself, with love & compassion.

I do this selfishly because there is no other.
