I recommend doing 3 a day for 8 days - or if you’re a little slow like me, 2 a day for 12 days will do.

Just consistently build upon the last set you’ve memorized and in a few weeks it’ll be as easy as remembering your name

Repetition and practice.

That said I think it’s prudent to keep a physical back up as well. Brain injury or certain disease can effect memory so you need to think long term if your not just a tourist.
