#1 way to lose excess weight is to cut out all added sugar in all its forums, grains, and starch rich veggies (which are chemically just chains of sugars).

I did carnivor for 2 years. Eventually my body learned how to gain weight on beef.

That must be what's happening to me, too. I suddenly gained 15lbs, and it's stuck around. Still better off than before ketovore, and the weight loss is only a secondary reason (mental clarity is the primary), so I'm sticking to it for now.

The weight you gain is usually better too. It's not like just belly fat. It's muscle and around the whole body. Looks better. Still need to fast and slim down every now and then though.
