Cabbage, beet, carrot salad. Every year is different that’s why I grow 5 different varieties of winter cabbage. This year the kalibos cabbage has held up the best.
looks good. beet is very popular in ukraine, we just eat it with oil and garlic

I grow several varieties of vegetables originally from Ukraine they do very well in my climate.
