I'm trying for circa three months to enroll for Apple Developer Program. Once I upload my ID (or drivers licence) I receive random error...

Sometimes it is bad connection (on strong wifi), sometimes it was that the image is not readable (perfectly clean scan), sometimes it was message that it is potentially not allowed to enroll in my country (not true for Czechia).. Few more errors that I don't even remember. Once it went through but nothing happens afterwards.

I was messaging and calling with circa 5 agents from Apple support. Always it looks like everything will be ok if I try it one last time.. and than it doesn't work again.

Is there any workaround?
