btw Telegram (Durov) had consented to other censorship actions before being detained (do not remember now what exactly). So not really a free speech platform.
The last thing that i heard about him though, is that France asked him to silence the right sector accounts from Romania before the recent elections and he denied. He said that he could go to Romania to testify if asked...
