#coffeechain would you describe your usual coffee? Simple or complex? I simply buy it and store in my freezer until I am ready for it (learned this only a few years ago! Major game changer on keeping it fresh) and then making it with a cheap coffee machine. Black coffee. (Yes, simple but good to me). What about you? ππ«βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

I drink drip coffee black but prefer French press.

Usually, I buy it freshly roasted, let it rest for 10days to reduce CO2 to ensure more consistent extraction (CO2 in beans leads to "bubbling"). Then grind on demand and voila... β
Got a portafilter espresso maker plus grinder.
Drink it black or with a little full-fat cream.
Fresh coffee every day ππ.
