If you logged in using Alby, you need to disconnect from the extension. You can go to the Alby extension > menu > connected sites > Primal > Site Settings > Disconnect

You are not allowed to leave

If you're using Alby, and you've recovered yourr account, it initially generates a new nsec for your to use--you need to go into Alby and put in (manually) the nsec you'd like to use and you'll be logged into the account you're expecting.

Clear the site data and cookies for primal

Check if you have correct wallet active in Alby Extension (if you use it).

Removing cache and cookies from session also helps
