Yeah, I tried with this sort of response. What I got back was totally dismissive:

Like most shitcoiners, they don't see or refuse to internalize the technical fundamentals that are the reason bitcoiners make the distinction between bitcoin and crypto.
the only cure to shitcoining is getting rekt we’ve accumulated 99.9% of reasonable bitcoiners at this point it’s just a waiting game now
I feel like I was able to navigate my way out of the crypto trap, none of it appeals to me anymore. I don’t know why others can’t see it, but I can’t solve it for them.
