Who told you they were a problem now? You know the Genesis block has an inscription, right?
It's a hypothetical question, I'm stoned 🤣. The problem would be it would cheaper to spam nodes while also forcing tx fees up and up. Ofc that would have the opposite effect when the price goes up.
