I'm new to Nostr and I have a question:

How do you improve the quality of your feed for interesting content and people?

Is the best way to search for terms of things you are interested in and find people that way? How important is the relay you are using? Or are the relays not curated in this way yet?

I will suggest you to follow as many people as possible, go to someone's following list who has similar interest like you, follow all of them & start interacting with those people. After sometime it will be easier for you to navigate this place.

Yeah, someone saw it on a global feed and reposted it. This place has a great community, so everyone helps each other.

We don't rely on algorithms here; instead, everyone builds their own experience. Yes, it takes some time, but it's worth it.

This is neat and makes sense. I'll take the advice and start by following everyone I see posting in a productive manner and then start to trim and hone in later down the line.
