Are you using the same relay set on both clients ?
So thats the thing, i dont know what the other client would be. I've messed with several 😓
There’s probably a mismatch between the relay sets you used on various clients.
Try a back up + broadcast. All your notes, profile info and follow lists will be broadcasted to all major relays. So the info should be uniform everywhere.
Also try adding a blaster relay like wss://nostr.mutinywallet.com (it broadcasts to all major relays when you post a note, update your profile)
