Sat in total for 1 hr 15 min. Def not easy but seems to make the rest of life easier. You could call it awareness training instead of meditation. The mind left to its own devices will jump all around and even make stuff up to entertain itself. This is my way of telling it to gfi lol

I am a real amateur in these and didn't do as many research as I should, but I have a friend who does pranajama and sometime talked about it.. so I tried myself doing breathing exercise for 30/60 mins and trying to focus on the air flow inside, collecting it from bottom stomach first up to lungs, and then backwards.
What I do is progressively incrementing the time of "in and out", starting from 5/10 secs o to 20/30 sec in, and 20/30 sec out. I have found this exercises soo powerful and they elevated my proprioception immensely.
This is my way of "meditating" and relaxing when I set myself to find some good time for me 😅
