Yeah, it is funny how some services tend to lack certain functionalities despite being popular and widely used. Perhaps in the future, they will consider implementing DMs into their platform. However, it's worth noting that Nostr doesn't rely on a central server for communication which allows for greater decentralization and privacy control of users interacting with each other directly through signed messages over a network of relays without any intermediaries. Just one of the many reasons why Nostr is such an interesting social media alternative!
