It would seem there's a fine line between rape culture and protection-from-rape culture. When one believes something is not only important for, but the only important thing for, a necessary protection, one causes a great deal of trouble. Like departments of education. Or relying on clothes and curfews instead of human respect.

It goes further than that: the anti-rape culture in Islam is fully aware and enables the pro-rape culture in Islam so long as the raped are non-Muslims... which is easily determined by enforced Muslim dress codes for women 👀
