How many barrels do you have to sample before you know you have the best barrel?
This is the first true Satoshi’s Reserve as I pictured it.
In 2021 a frost wiped out my vineyard, so that first vintage came from an unexpected barrel. This year Satoshi's Reserve is Pinot Noir.
Labeling this wine feels like stepping into the Bitcoin standard.
Bottle numbers 1 through 21 go up for auction next week.
