Absolutely. I would like to see someone do this. I won't use that client, but I'm sure the dozen people are that use Monero would be happy to have another use case that no one will use.
Indeed. Lost of people complain on how #nostr is #bitcoin centered. If you don’t like it, just fork your own clients.
