Is it just me or are there going to be some serious Bitcoin Treasury SPAC and Merger rug pulls on the horizon, selling mNAV in the bull 📈 run sounds like a slum dunk but can you handle a discount to nav in the bear? 🐻

Couldn't they just sell btc and buy their own shares back if there is a discussount to NAV.
