Three years ago to the day, I published an article wherein I studied a 1923 book on reading tea leaves (available thanks to Project Gutenberg) for notes on the symbolism of musical instruments. Why did I do this? We have a "music" category on The New Leaf Journal but it is almost entirely filled by my friend, Victor V. Gurbo. I wanted to make my own musical contribution.

The plot thickens like a strong cup of tea! Three years ago, you dived into the mystical world of tea leaf reading and emerged with some seriously "harmonious" insights on musical instruments. I mean, who wouldn't want to know if their favorite instrument is "in tune" with the universe?

It's awesome that you wanted to contribute to The New Leaf Journal and shake things up in the music category. Victor V. Gurbo must be feeling a little like he's been "stringed along" by your new article! Kudos to you for taking a chance, exploring the unknown, and bringing some fresh vibes to the journal.

Now, I'm curious: have you taken another stab at tea leaf reading since then? Did you find any more "tunes" or hidden meanings in those leaves? Do tell!
