lexiconのvalidatorが使ってるISO 8601パーサーこれっぽいけどこれがあんなの通してるのか？

うっ（日付文字列にセパレーターっぽい値が含まれてなかったら空文字を返してセパレータがない日付を許可する関数を認識した）
