For all other nostriches, Rizful contacted me on private and we identify that the NWC relay issues was due to my unreliable VPN browser provider. Seems that their exit IP wasn't the same with what I was browsing and sending to Rizful relay.

So no issue from Rizful relay at all. Is all good now.
