It is remarkable that in this day and age of historically unprecedented societal care and diginity being afforded to the female sex, the notion of "sex work" is also being pushed as a legitimate notion.

In all of human history, women selling their bodies for money has been a mark of a fallen person. There are no lower rungs on the social ladder for a woman. The only conceiveable lower stratum would be to go to the abbatoir for the raw meat value of ones' body.

I'll abstain from calling it a failed society, but I'll say as much that it's, together with several other current phenomena, indicative of being on a ethical slide which will harm a great many people in the end.

This has all happened before, and it's always resulted in a collapse. I'm not optimistic for society as a whole, but I'm confident in my ability to survive it.

Of course. Nothing is perpetually stable. All things must come to an end.
