Replying to nobody

Do the previous months payments in BTC cover future payments if BTC moons?

I’d prefer to pay in local currency & keep my BTC otherwise. If I rented. Which I don’t.

good q - i was wondering if its pegged to USD or is an outright BTC contract which would surely screw one side or the other over time.
