Got an invalid qr code notification in the app when trying to import from a saved picture file. Even tried cropping the picture to only contain the qr code. Out in a field at the moment so I'll try scanning from a screen when I get back to my office.

hmm feels like they should create a simple url to share but I can't find that
This is laughable, but I literally had to print it out on a piece of paper just to scan it with the app. I was able to extract the url in the qr but it brought me to a page that did nothing but show buttons "install app" or "open app" and the open-app did bring the 0xChat app up but it didnt try to open the group. Importing the image with 0xChat didn't work either. I had to print it out and scan the paper with the app. Sure I could have opened it on my PC and scanned it there, but either way is mule shit. I'm sure they'll fix it, the 0xChat devs are very good.
