In Bavaria, we rather shut down solar power plants than mining #Bitcoin, and I think that's an absolute disgrace.

I assume if miners contacted the electricity company they wouldn’t get good enough contract?
I don't know if there's a way to do it. Afaik we don't have a system for customers to buy at market price but only long term fixed rate contracts. Not many large miners here anyways given electricity costs of ~40-80 cents/kwh
