Its ok like the other guy said as like as you are open to change with the proper framework is the best way to be. You can have a viewpoint as long as you're willing to back up your view with ACTUAL evidence and work as to how you arrived at said view/beliefs. If at the heart of your view/belief is because someone else told you so then youre not using your own mind.
