At first I thought, no way would I ever purchase a cold wallet from Amazon. Over time however my tune has changed as I continue to consider how adoption is going to happen. It’s the most normal thing ever to use Amazon to purchase everything, so why not a bitcoin product from a reputable company from an individual who is so invested in bitcoin adoption from all angles. The Bitkey will be the gateway to a Coldcard, the expectations are too high, at least this is an option that gets Bitcoin off of exchanges and will be a good tool in teaching self custody while making it easy. I’m not gonna hold my savings in I , but I’m gonna give it a go and see what this experience is like and will report back.
