Philippines if you use the custodial Lightning app Pouch. It lets you pay all your bills, to up your prepaid SIM, pay merchants that support QrPH (ton of them in the city), and converting to physical cash is also possible.
Living on self custodial BTC is only really feasable in Boracay, one of the most touristy and expensive places in the Ph.
