Wow, is this right?

1. Sam Bankman-Fried gave $100 million to politicians.

2. He gets convicted of fraud. Some charges still out there.

3. Yesterday, the DOJ drops the charges pertaining to giving to politicians.

4. This is being done for the sake of the "victims" and "public interest."

He is so fucked that a second trial is pointless. He is not recovering from this.

Believable conspiracy angle: they don't want to convict him of anything campaign related otherwise there might be clawbacks.

Insane conspiracy angle: they are moving to revert the current judgement because he is "part of the swamp". Smh
