Ukraine has changed its Christmas holiday from January 7th to December 25th in line with the Russian Orthodox Church but there will not be much to celebrate because a long-awaited and much-needed assistance package from the US Congress will not arrive on time for the new Christmas, and lawmakers appear unlikely to approve legislation in time for the old one either.
