How do you convert sats on lightening back to layer 1 btc? Is there actually a easy way?

I'm able to do it fairly easily with Wallet of Satoshi... just send to an on-chain address, minimal fees

Someone said this to me and I didn’t understand wtf they meant lol so just send to on chain addy and it’ll auto convert for fee? Interesting how LN does it because they don’t have a provided “coin” for network.
