I never made it passed half way through season 2 I think. the low quality and acting got to me if I remember right. that was awhile ago though so maybe I'd have a better appreciation for it now.
I would recommend to everybody to watch the amazing series "BattleStar Galactica".
Is quite old and log, but worth it every minute. Listen to the plot, ignore the cheap effects. The story is important.
At the end you will find many answers of what is going on today in this fucked up world....
