Why is there so much more spam on X than on Nostr, shouldn't it be easier to filter spam on a centralized platform with permissioned login?

Well... They do have 100x active users... so not really an apples to apples comparison. But I would think nostr has the advantage with spam prevention at scale too. A decentralized curation system will work better than a few people in a room making decisions.

True the incentive to spam on X is way higher, still Nostr is also 100x easier to spam in theory, I can just write a python script that's spamming everything with different users etc... I imagine this is way harder to pull with X
